We have made every effort to display the products featured on our web site as accurately as possible, typically using digital photography. However, the images we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of a particular computer monitor, will affect the colors you actually see on the screen and may differ from the actual product. Jemznjewels is not responsible for monitor limitations and cannot guarantee that a monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate.

We frequently change the merchandise offered for sale and reserve the right to make changes in the merchandise without prior notice. Also, most of our items are one-of-a-kind and are available in limited quantities. This means that we cannot guarantee that an item displayed on a previous visit will still be available when you visit again.

However, there may be occasions when information presented on this site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, inaccuracies as to merchandise size, price, color or other matters, or an item that is no longer in stock. Jemznjewels does not warrant that the information accessible via this web site will always be accurate, complete or current. Any errors are unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. The prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time. Information Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected by Jemznjewels. It is our policy not to sell or release information to anyone about visitors to this site or customers of Jemznjewels without prior consent or a court order. Jemznjewels does not send out advertisements to former customers or sell/release lists of former customers. Also, you will not receive unsolicited email or other unsolicited communications from Jemznjewels other than clarifications of orders and payment, or notice that an order has been shipped. It is our policy to originate communications only when a client has specifically requested that we notify them of developments related to merchandise we sell or may have available for sale in the future.

Credit Card Transactions: For added security, all credit card transactions are processed by a professional payment authorization service provided through Cybercash which maintains confidentiality of transactions through a secure server that encrypts credit card transactions and has security measures in place that cannot be duplicated by us. Information collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes, and is not released to third party marketers. Jemznjewels does not maintain credit card information on our server.

Cookies: Internet "cookies" other than "session" cookies are not used. "Session" cookies, which expire after a brief amount of time, are used so a user can shop and maintain a list of items ordered in their "shopping cart" and have a total due calculated. A user is not required to supply any personal information unless they decide to complete an order and pay via credit card. Orders may also be placed via email or telephone without entering any personal information at the web site. When visiting any Internet site your unique address called an "IP address" is recorded. Jemznjewels does not release any information about the collection of this address to any third party. No Images, files or cookies are downloaded from third party servers.

International Orders and US Shipping

International Orders and Shipping

International orders are accepted and payment must be made in US Dollars via Paypal, Bidpay, international money orders or wire transfer ONLY. Items will be held for international buyers for 7 days only. Payment must be received within 7 days. Please email us first to review policies and shipping requirements. All duties and taxes on international purchases are the responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipping documentation will be completed to reflect the full and accurate amount of the sale. There are no exceptions to this.

US Shipping
Jemznjewels ships via Priority Mail, Express Mail and Federal Express for items valued over $1500. All items are shipped fully insured to the full amount of the purchase price. Refunds on lost items are not issued until insurance has been paid on the item by the shipper. If your purchase is being shipped outside of the United States, please contact us before ordering so that we may review shipping charges and options.

Refunds

We offer a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason if you notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase. Simply email us immediately upon receipt of your item and follow up within 24 hours to let us know if you have decided to keep or return the item. We will offer you a full refund. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you. This means that if you receive an item with price tags still attached, it must be returned with the price tags still attached. There are no exceptions to this rule.

All refunds are issued in the form of a check and are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If you require a refund to be placed on your credit card, there is a $25 service charge. This is not negotiable.

Authenticity and Condition

Authenticity Guarantee

All items offered by Jemznjewels are guaranteed to be manufactured by the designer in each item description. If you wish to verify or challenge authenticity, you are encouraged to do so by sending the item to the main stores located in Manhattan. In some cases we can provide you with addresses and the names of store personnel qualified to verify authenticity. Stores outside Manhattan are not acceptable sources of authentication. If you have any questions on authenticity, or this policy, please email us before buying. We take this policy very seriously and want our clients to feel completely comfortable that they are purchasing absolutely authentic merchandise. We take great pride in our ability to offer this guarantee.

Condition of Merchandise

Every single item offered by Jemznjewels has been cleaned and restored to the best possible condition unless noted otherwise. Every purse has been polished and refinished, every zipper has been repaired, every item of clothing has been dry cleaned. Nothing is sold in "repairable condition"-it has all been taken care of for you. We use only the finest leather repair artisans and the most skilled dry cleaners in New York. You do not have to fear that when your Pucci dress arrives you will need to replace the zipper or dry clean it before wearing it. Be assured, it will come to you ready to go! Please be mindful that vintage items are delicate and may not wear as heartily as a new item. Please be sensitive to this when making your purchase and when using the item. Damage to merchandise once it has been accepted by the buyer is not returnable.
